FEELING DOWN

STRESSED OR WORRIED

Everyone feels bad sometimes, but if it doesn’t go away or gets overwhelming, get help. Sometimes you have to try and try again to work out what is right for you. Some of these options have webchat or phone or text counselling, but you don’t need to talk, you can just look around.

If you look at these websites, no-one will know who you are or tell others what you are looking at. If you use the call, text or webchat options, someone might ask your name or contact details but you don’t have to give them – you can just say “I’d rather not say” or “I’d rather stay anonymous thanks” and the person will still help. Youthline and What’s Up will not ask for contact details (unless they are worried that you or someone else may be unsafe right now). If you’re worried that someone will check the websites you have been visiting, you can clear your browser history.
