RELATIONSHIPS &

GETTING ON WITH OTHERS

Getting on with others can sometimes be really hard. For info, help or choices check out these websites and links. Some of them have free phone, text or webchat support but you don't have to talk to anyone - you can just look around.

Options

If you look at these websites, no-one will know who you are or tell others what you are looking at. If you use the call, text or webchat options, someone might ask your name or contact details but you don’t have to give them – you can just say “I’d rather not say” or “I’d rather stay anonymous thanks” and the person will still help. Youthline and What’s Up will not ask for contact details (unless they are worried that you or someone else may be unsafe right now). If you’re worried that someone will check the websites you have been visiting, you can clear your browser history.
